To use Poplox, users must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Any unauthorized use should be reported immediately to Poplox Support.
Orders are fulfilled based on the parameters you select. While we strive for fast delivery, exact timing depends on platform behavior. Poplox reserves the right to adjust, pause, or remove any service at our discretion.
All payments are required upfront. Services are non-refundable once processing begins. Refunds may be issued only if the service fails to start. Chargebacks without prior support contact may result in account termination.
You agree to comply with local laws and platform rules. Poplox is not liable for any consequences resulting from misuse or violation of third-party platform terms.
Poplox does not guarantee permanent results. Social media platforms may remove non-organic engagement. Use of third-party services can carry platform-related risks which you assume fully.
All content and features on Poplox are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse our materials without explicit permission.
Poplox shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Poplox in the last 90 days.
Poplox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice for breach of terms or suspicious activity.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Poplox means you accept any changes.
By using Poplox services, you agree that: Poplox provides social media marketing services "as is", and does not guarantee that use of these services complies with the terms of third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube). You are solely responsible for how you use Poplox. We are not liable for any suspension, ban, shadowban, or restriction placed on your account by any third-party platform. Poplox will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the use or misuse of our services. No refunds will be issued for services delivered where consequences (such as bans or suspensions) occur due to your actions or the policies of external platforms.
